LETTER OF DIRECTION VTN-CLEO DOC'S PICKS EXPERT ADVISOR

CLEO will now offer you the option of having it trade the Dr. Bob Daily and Weekly picks robotically. The Daily and Weekly trade picks will be entered by CLEO. All target and stop losses will be done robotically by CLEO as per the parameters of the picks. Any stop losses or scale outs that must be changed when certain levels are hit, will be done robotically by CLEO. All targets will take profit as per CLEO's rules of entries and exits, using the same guidelines and numbers that Dr. Bob uses when he does his weekly and daily picks.

This new addendum to CLEO is optional, and you may choose to opt in or out of the program.

IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE TO OPT INTO THE DR. BOB WEEKLY AND DAILY PICK CLEO PROGRAM IT WILL BE UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO OPT OUT OF THE PROGRAM, AND CLEO WILL CONTINUE TRADING IN THE SAME WAY AS IT HAS DONE IN THE PAST, WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF THE NEW DR. BOB WEEKLY AND DAILY PICK CLEO PROGRAM.

The CLEO Lessee fully understands that past perance is no indication of future results, and that no guarantee either written, spoken, or implied will be in force as to the results of CLEO with or without the additional addendum discussed here. Please make sure to read the full disclaimer included with your CLEO contract.

ALL RULES FOR VTN COMPENSATION ON CLEO'S PROFITS WILL BE IN FORCE FOR THIS OR ANY OTHER ADDENDUM TO THE CLEO CONTRACT.
